Yes the tag is 100% free, even including global postage. All you need to have is an active subscription to our Boomerang app, which starts at £2.49 per month when paid for annually. You can have up to 3 tags per account.

We love that you're a pet super-parent. You can have up to 3 tags per account. If you need more, there's just a one-off fee of £4.99 per additional tag.

Each tag has QR technology which means when scanned using a camera the location of the pet is shared with the owner or allow others to request to be added to your pet's circle. You also get access to our mobile app which is jam packed with useful features.

We'll replace any lost or damaged tags for free (fair usage policy applies).

VetAI is not a real vet. It is a tool that uses artificial intelligence to provide information and support to pet owners about their pets' health and behavior. However, it does not replace a licensed veterinarian who can examine and treat animals in person. VetAI can be helpful for basic advice and preliminary information, but for any serious concerns or medical conditions, it's important to consult a real vet.
